Conversion of an existing retail unit, to a Continental style Cafe/Deli, Restaurant, for a foreign client. The entire space being remodelled to accommodate the principle functions of this business, with kitchen and preparation areas sited at a lower level, and costumer facilities designed around the main area.
A full design and detailed service, build was established within budget, and timing, as a result of a one to one client relationship, build being initiated once all details had been developed.

Existing cafe remodel and refurbishment within a high end residential area of greater London. Split between two floors, with reorganisation of customer facilities, and catering facilities. Commission was to provide fully detailed documents, whilst build was initiated separately, proving problems incurred as observed, over time.
